Terms of Use

Effective 4 October 2026.

These terms govern your use of cracke.com: the pages of the site, the embedded videos, Cracké Rush when it is offered there, the colouring pages and the newsletter. Use of cracke.com is subject to these terms. “Squeeze”, “we” means Productions Squeeze inc.

They do not cover the third-party sites we link to — the shop, our social accounts, YouTube — each of which has its own terms.

Who may use the site

The site is open to everyone. Its content is made for a broad audience, children included: it is for parents and guardians to decide whether it suits their child and to supervise its use.

The newsletter, however, is for adults only (18 and over) — see the privacy policy.

What you may do

Browse the site, watch the videos and play Cracké Rush.
Download and print the colouring pages for personal, family or classroom use, without altering them and without removing any rights notices.
Share links to our pages.

What you may not do

Use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Copy, reproduce or redistribute the site’s content, including the game, other than as set out above.
Modify, decompile or attempt to circumvent how the site or the game works.
Harm the service: overloading, intrusion, bulk automated scraping, circumventing security measures.
Remove, hide or alter any trade mark, logo or rights notice.

Intellectual property

Cracké, Cracké Family Scramble, The Crows, Cracké Rush, their characters, images, text, sounds and associated marks belong to Productions Squeeze inc. or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any right in them to you: the only permissions granted are those set out above.

Cracké Rush

The game is offered as is.

Feathers and keepsakes are earned by playing, by completing challenges.
Feathers and keepsakes have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, traded or converted, and are not your property: we may change, rebalance or withdraw them.
Your progress, records and nickname are saved in your browser only: clearing your browser data, switching devices or browsing privately will erase them. We do not keep them and cannot restore them.
Choose a nickname that does not identify you — the game asks you to — and that is not offensive, misleading, or in breach of anyone’s rights.
Leaderboards are local: the game shows your records on this device. The global leaderboard announced there is not active. If it ever is, these terms will be updated before it goes live.

Videos and third-party links

Videos are hosted by YouTube and played in an embedded player: playback is governed by YouTube’s terms and by Google’s privacy policy. Links to the shop and to our social accounts lead to third-party services that we neither control nor answer for.

Subscription rests on your consent and can be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in every mailing. What we collect and what we do with it are described in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes to the site

We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site, the game or the content at any time and without notice. We do not warrant that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free.

No warranty

This paragraph applies only to the extent permitted by the law where you live; some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, in which case it does not apply to you.

The site, the game and the content are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express, implied or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted and error-free operation. You use them at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

This paragraph applies only to the extent permitted by the law where you live.

Productions Squeeze inc. shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the game — including loss of game progress, service interruption, or the failure of a third-party product or service.

Nothing here sets aside the rights the law gives you as a consumer, in particular under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act, nor the liability of Productions Squeeze inc. for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update them. The effective date at the top of the page always identifies the current version. The updated version applies to use of the site from its effective date, subject to the rights the law gives you.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute falls to the courts sitting in the judicial district of Québec, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers where they live.
